GFWC Greater Ocala Woman’s Club

The GFWC Greater Ocala Woman’s Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer service organization dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. We appreciate your participation in our events and programs. This policy outlines our practices regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
• All ticket sales and dinner reservations are final. Because event costs are based on advance commitments for catering, venues, and supplies, we are unable to issue refunds once payment has been processed.
• Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket or reservation to another individual. Please notify us at info@gowc.org at least 48 hours before the event.
• If an event is canceled by the Club, guests will receive a full refund or the option to apply their payment to a future event.
• Annual club dues and donations are non-refundable. These contributions directly support GFWC Greater Ocala’s programs, community projects, and administrative expenses.
• Refunds for membership payments will only be issued in the case of a duplicate payment or administrative error.
Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:
• Duplicate or erroneous payment
• Event cancellation by GFWC Greater Ocala
• Other extraordinary circumstances, as approved by the Club Treasurer or Executive Board
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@gowc.org within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
